Rules
Swimming permitted only when lifeguard or beach supervisor, with emergency and first aid equipment, is present.
All members and guests must wear a current beach tag at all times.
All guests must be accompanied by a member.
Any person showing evidence of any communicable skin disease, sore or inflamed eyes, cold, nasal or ear discharge, or any other communicable disease shall be denied admission.
Any person with excessive sunburn, open blisters, cuts, or bandages, shall be denied admission.
Do not enter the water if you are experiencing or recovering from diarrhea or have had any signs or symptoms of a gastrointestinal (stomach) disease in the past seven days.
All children in diapers must wear plastic pants With snug fitting elastic waist and leg bands. Do not wash out soiled diapers in the bathing water.
Children should be encouraged to use the restroom before entering the water. Immediately report any "accidents" you observe In the bathing water to a lifeguard.
Lifeguard has final say on all matters.
No alcohol or drugs of any kind are permitted on TLCA property at any time. Persons suspected of being under the influence of drugs or alcohol shall be prohibited from entering the water.
The use of water toys and floating devices shall be used in a safe manner to endure the safety and comfort of everyone.
No ball playing or object throwing games allowed at any time.
Any conduct which endangers the safety and comfort of others is prohibited.
No bicycles or vehicles of any kind, except emergency and maintenance vehicles, are allowed in beach area at any time.
No fishing allowed in swimming area.
No swimming outside the ropes.
No swimming during electrical storms.
No one is allowed in the beach area after dark for any reason.
No animals, except for service animals, allowed In beach area. Public health code order.
No glass allowed on beach. Please dispose of all trash in the proper receptacles.
